Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro/Solo, Switch and Electron. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Shipping And Handling Shipping in the UK costs £4.95 up to 4 items. £5.95 up to 9 items. And £7.95 for 10 or more items. All items are sent using a secure courier. Please Note: Some heavy boat items may carry the maximum charge for delivery alone. Please check before ordering. Some overseas shipments may require a further delivery payment. In the event of this we will contact you prior to processing your order. Gift Vouchers are sent out free of charge if you select the GIFT VOUCHER FREE DELIVERY option. Please note selecting this option for products will result in an automatic upgrade to standard delivery when the order reaches us at HOA. Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. Please note however, as with all catalogue deliveries parcels can take up to 28 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will call or email you with the option of keeping your order on back order, changing the item to something else or refunding the item.
